Instructions:
Preheat cooking oil to reach a temperature around 100°C Carefully place the pastry samosas in to the hot cooking oil for 6-8 minutes to deep fry until brown. Drain well before servings. Check food is cooked throughly and piping hot serving.
Storage:
Keep frozen, store at -18°C or lower.
Once defrosted do not refreeze.
